Introducing Debbie DeWitt
Debbie’s appreciation of real estate started at an early age, her parents were firm advocates for property ownership and have owned investment properties for many years. They always believed that real estate ownership is the best investment, and Debbie is no different.
A real estate licensee since 1989 Debbie originally worked with home builders selling new homes and quickly became an award-winning new home sales manager. She took time out of her successful real estate career to raise her children in the community of Laguna Niguel where the DeWitt family has lived for the past twenty years. She also volunteered for the high school PTA – serving as a board member and auditor.
More recently she has been involved with the purchase and sale of 31 distressed properties and she continues her ‘calling’ with Arne and the DeWitt Group.
With a degree in Business Administration and years of real estate sales experience as her foundation, Debbie handles the business end of a real estate transaction with extreme finesse and professionalism. She is extremely detail-oriented and buyers and sellers know that when Debbie prepares contracts and paperwork they are always done right. A fierce negotiator for her clients, Debbie is always their strongest advocate!
Debbie’s ethos of caring and genuine concern for her clients has also won her rave reviews and a high level of referral business. Her innate understanding of the emotional side of the purchase is something that her clients really appreciate. Debbie understands that often a real estate purchase can be the largest financial purchase her clients may make, and that alone brings its own stresses and emotion.
Debbie, says “There are always different roads you can take on the journey to your destination”, and Debbie makes sure her clients reach their destination as smoothly and easily as possible — after all, she wants them to love and appreciate real estate ownership as much as she does!
